Parker Harris

Biography

Parker Harris (born 1966) is an American software executive and the co-founder of Salesforce. He launched the company in 1999 alongside Marc Benioff, Dave Moellenhoff, and Frank Dominguez, helping develop its original cloud-based CRM platform at a time when subscription software was still uncommon. Harris led early engineering and product architecture, guiding releases such as the Salesforce Platform and the first browser-based customization tools. Before Salesforce, he co-founded Left Coast Software, which was acquired by Clarify in 1998. Harris has remained a central figure in Salesforce’s technical direction, working from the company’s San Francisco headquarters for more than two decades.
