“The trouble with worrying is that it always seems senseless after the event is over”
— Norman Vincent Peale
Simplified Meaning:
When we worry about something, we often feel really stressed and anxious. But once the situation is resolved, we usually look back and realize that all our worrying didn’t actually help or change anything. For example, think about a student worrying a lot about a big test. They might lose sleep and feel very nervous, but after the test is done, they see that all their worrying didn't make the test easier or help them get better grades. Instead of helping, the worry just made them feel worse beforehand. So, it's better to try and stay calm and deal with things as they come, rather than worrying about what might happen. Staying positive and focused can actually make a big difference in how we handle challenges.
